Hi, Im studying 'No5 the film' for my media studies A level exam. This is in
actual fact a 2 minute long ad with 1 minutes worth of credits for Chanel No5
pefume. It is directed by Baz Luhrmann who directed Moulin Rouge and stars
Nicole Kidman who played Satine in Moulin Rouge. Besides this likeness it also
has an uncanny resemblance to Moulin Rouge in terms of narrative, setting, well
everything really! I would be very grateful if you could answer a couple of
questions.

1. Do you think the success of 'No5 the film' relies on it being so similar to
Moulin Rouge?
2. Do you know how much Baz Luhrmann got paid for this ad?
3. If you have seen the ad, what was your opinion of it?
