Hi all! my name is Elka and I'm French. I joined this group because
I'm a cinema freak, I could watch one movie per day if I only had the
chance I just wanted to know if this group is a group for any movie at
all or for particuliar genres. Here are my interests: I like film
noir, escpecially US movies of the 1930's and 1940's. I love old
classics in general, but rarely comedies, although I do enjoy having a
good laugh. My every favourite movie among all others is undoubtedly
"Ryan's daughter". Masterpiece in my opinion. "Dr; Zhivago" is also
great, although I preferred the book. My favourite actors are Anthony
Hopkins, John Malkovitch, Al Pacino, Bob de Niro, and Jason Isaacs
(although for that last one, I don't only like his acting, but just a
look at him makes my knees go mush......). The actresses I like a lot
are Michelle Pfeiffer, Meryl Streep and Glenn Close. I'm also a big
fan of... the Monty Python! do you also discuss new releases?
