I used to work in a Forensic CMHT. I was a band 6 and I was full time. There were no support workers at that time but it was in the pipeline.
I worked in an 'OT specific' role but did care co-ordinate on select cases.

Hi
I am having discussions with managers of my local community forensic
team about the banding of the OT post within the Team. If any of you
are working in a community forensic team I'd be interested to know
what band you are, whether you are whole or part time and whether you
have any support workers in your team ( either OT specific or generic)
