hi

im working at a medium secure unit and we are piloting using SOAP notes within
the service. im just wondering if anyone is currently using them in mental
health and if so how are they working and is there any barriers you have
experienced to implementing them?

Interestingly, in that setting, only the OT's used the SOAP format...Maybe we have more time than others but truly, it does not take that much more time once...
