forensic community OT vs local Community OT   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #2440 of 2547 |
Dear all,

Recently, I work with my consultant to develop community forensic Service.
Though we have well established OT program for forensic in--patients. Forensic
community OT services is new to us. My consultant ask me whether we should use
local community OT services or create a new post for forensic community OT. He
asks me what's difference between forensic community OT vs local Community OT.
It seems that the local community OT may be more familiar with community
resources of the local setting. Therefore, why do we need to set up a specialised
OT post in the community? Any specific program developed by forensic community
OT which are relevant to our community clients?Any formal training on OT for
working with forensic patients?.....

please advice me.

Regards,
Anita
