My MSc was about OTs risk assessment in a forensic mental health setting. There is a copy of the checklist I produced in the files section of the listserve. I completed an audit and focus groups about risk assessment, and am happy to send a copy of my audit form, once I get my PC hard drive mended. I am trying to get work sorted for publication, but it's taking me forever!
