Re: [forensic_occupational_therapy] animals as therapy

Hi bye58bye

I work at an MSU that has PAT animals and a small aviary. The aviary
is managed by the clinic it is on and not OT. However I know the Trevor
Gibbens Unit in Kent has quite a large farm which may include smaller
animals. I think they are planning to expand this so you may like to
contact the OTs there.

Does anyone have any experience of animals as therapy? I am thinking
along the lines of chickens or rabbits. We are already utililsing PAT
dogs and cats with good results. Thanks.
