A number of us here are fans of Doctor Who.
In case you haven't heard, it's official: Russell T Davies will write and produce the specials next year, and then when the show returns for a full series in 2010, Steven Moffat will be Head Writer and Executive Producer.
Moffat wrote "The Empty Child" (Are you my mummy?) for Eccleston, and "The Girl in the Fireplace" and "Blink" for Tennant. He is my favourite writer on the 21st century incarnation.
Personally, I think this change has come just at the right time for the series.
