RE CKR ?
We had problems with CKR during Trophy 144 last weekend leicester RS (G5UM) +_ 50 KHZ
as we trying a different txvr we were hesitant to put in a report during the contest.
Normally use FT225RD with Mutek but were trying out an ICOM IC910.
Sometime must have a look at the spec for a FT225 with Mutek & do a comparison.
Wonder if there is still a spec in cyberspace ?
I have the ARRL test sheets for the IC910
We were many more than 8k apart.(In Leicestershire)
They were the strongest sig on band 60db over.
The rxd signal+_ 50 KHZ mainly caused a problem during S&P as anyone below about 40db over could not be heard clearly.
We moved our CQ,s to 144,360 do avoid them as much as possible.
Other signals which were not as strong but approx 40db over did not cause us any concern.
Perhaps we could comment re CKR on the cover sheet ?

From what I've been hearing, you'd have struggled inside a way bigger
radius than 8km last weekend....
