A very BIG thanks for the shout out Mike ~ but really this was all
down to YOU who mentored myself through the exam. And ensured that I
understood every thing at every stage. I think that my pass of 96%
on the final exam speaks volumes for your tutoring skills.

After a short break I now plan to move onto my intermediate licence
so I will be calling on Mike's services again if I may....

I have already sent off for my call sign (actually posted I it the
same night I passed the exam), which I hope to receive some time
soon. This can not come quickly enough for me as I have some
significant transmitting testing to do in the APRS field so that I
can make the most of my new licence in early May when I embark on
another severe weather hunt around tornado ally in the USA.

Ether way I look forward to speaking to you all soon on CF as well
as other frequencies.
