Hi everyone, and sorry for cross-posting
Tomorrow (Friday May 25th) is the Second Life Best Practice in Education
Conference, which is shaping up to be something quite special - apart from
the presentations, there is a lot of activity going on (there are around a
hundred booths/vendors at the NMC Outreach sim, for example)
Details of presentations are here:

I'll be presenting with my colleague Kyle Mawer, about the Teen Grid project
we're working on for the British Council, and we'll be going into some
detail about some of the ways we'll be using using Second Life for language
learning:
"ESL, Second Life and Teenagers : Learner Autonomy for the Digital Natives"
Friday 25th May @ 04.00 SL time (11.00 GMT)

I'll also be streaming the presentation through Sandbox A at Worldbridges,
and asking people with questions to join in the Skype conference (Skype
name: eflbridges) - it'll be recorded and available as a podcast later if
you can't make it.
Hope to see some of you there!
Graham
