To get that level of detail you need to purchase the Garmin base map.

I got one free with my in car Garmin Quest.

This will then be used by the Training Centre software to give
street names etc. However... it is not cheap and unless you have
another use, i.e in car SatNav, at over £60 it is a bit steep.

www.garmin.com for extra details. City Select Europe is a good one.
