Just updated my Garmin training center from 3.2.3 to the new 3.3.1,
using the web updater tool. Update seemed to go fine, however when I
went back into the TC application all my history (over a year's) worth
was gone. Needless to say my backup was not that current, and I waited
on the phone for Garmin tech support for 55 minutes before my cordless
went dead and I was disconnected.

Any advice for me? I have a bad feeling that I lost all my data. Would
they push out an update like this that actually overwrites existing
data? I've been in the software development field for 15 years, and any
application that actually overwrote customer data would not make it in
my world.
