Hi
From our website http://www.heartratemonitor.co.uk/garmin-forerunner-305.html we state:
Using the "custom" option you may choose any FOUR of the following to be displayed at the same time: calories, distance, lap distance, elevation (ft or m), GPS accuracy, gradient (%), heading (N,E,S,W and NW, NE, SE, SW etc), lap number, pace, average pace, best pace, lap pace, pace zone, sunrise time, sunset time, stopwatch time, lap time, average lap time, time of day, heart rate, average heart rate
BUT NOT LAT / LONG or any other method of co-ordination.
To see your current position as a LAT / LONG ref, you would need the ForeTREX, not the ForeRunner.
2) The Garmin Foretrex 201 ability to give latitude and longitude in many different standards, including UK Ordnance Survey. This allows the user to enter manual destination waypoints directly from an OS map

Subject: [garmin_forerunner_305] Getting the location / GPS coordinates out
Hi
Is it possible to get the current position outputted to the screen? I
can only get it when I download at the moment and don't see a way of
getting it on the unit.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance,
Ed
