we get you a new one within 48 hours of receiving your faulty one...

If you buy from a non UK or "grey import" source... you would have to
send it back to Garmin directly... average return time is 2 - 3 weeks.

If you guy from a "grey importer" you also risk paying large DUTY
charges.

We would rather you buy from us and take support a UK business.
