PC. In order to do a course do I have to run it first? What do I need to
do to program the watch to remember it? The map on the software tells me
my town but no street names. When I go under "course" and then Edit to
create a new course the Ok button does not light up and will not let me
click it? The booklet is useless. As you can tell I am little frustrated
with this thing, any help would be useful. I am runner and I would like
to record courses that I run and then keep track of times. Thanks for
any help you can give!!

Rachel-

I just tried this last night. I walked a course, then down-loaded to my
PC. Then I high-lighted the history name, and went to course menu and
selected edit. I then down-loaded new course to my Garmin, where
(presumably) I can compete with myself.
