Garmin on a Plane

As it is a passive device (it only receives it doesn't broadcast) I guess it
would be OK to use it (other than during take-off and landing). However, I'd be
amazed if it could 'see' enough satelites out of the tiny window you get on a
commercial airliner to get a lock.Seems like the sort of thing that needs
testing.
