Have downloaded onto a new laptop the same Garmin 50 software and
still nothing downloads from the watch unit?
When you go into the Time mode does the small little radio icon come
up on the watch face to say that it is speaking to the USB plug in?
I assume that the heartbeat chest unit is taken off first and then
the watch unit is brought near to the USB stick to activate the unit
for a download.
Tried both software packages on two pc's with nothing downloaded from
the Garmin Forerunner 50. How simple can it be, getting really
cheesed off with this new unit.
Anybody out there who can go through the basics as I seem to be
missing out on something.
