Hi,

I've just got my Forerunner 50 with HRM and all is well so far (apart
from the ANT software which refused to install with an "Out of memory"
error on Vista - disable your AV software if you get this and install
the ANT with Run as Administrator option).

I am struggling however with how to set Heart rate zones on the watch.
The manual is not a lot of help.

Can anyone help with this please?
