I don't know much about the Nike+, but even if it uses Ant technology, I doubt the encoding of the signal will allow you to use the Nike footpod with the Garmin watch.  And from what I read, I'm not sure you'd want to, anyway.  The Garmin footpod is much more advanced, and much more accurate.
