Zef says:-
After checking the recent More4 repeat of the 2nd Semi,
I can say for certain that the conundrum solver in the
studio audience wasn't John Ashmore.
My own best guess - and it is only a guess - *if* the
conundrum solver is indeed a well known Countdown
contestant from the past? I too would also say that
the known person whom the conundrum solver IMO seemed
to most closely resemble (in both looks & voice) would
be John Clarke.
-----------------
But as for absence of anyone still posting at "the other
place" who can identify the conundrum solving audience
member? Why should we post contributions at the other
place, when it has present as moderators 3 people who
have tried so hard, so often, by using improper &
unnecessary behaviour, to drive away ordinary genuine
Countdown fans like ourselves???
What the other place needs to do is to get rid of 3 people
from its moderation team:-
Ben Wilson
Soo Reams
Gary Male
They and a few of their buddies have been responsible for
committing and/or
encouraging others to commit and/or
permitting
behaviour which ought to *automatically* bar them from
holding positions of responsibility (e.g. moderator or
list owner) at any forum worthy of bearing the good name
of the "Countdown" TV show.
And if anybody who has the power to ASAP to get shut of
those 3 unfit moderators *IS* willing to make sure that
those 3 moderators are given the chop, after what I'm
saying herein has been proven correct?
Then they need only to email me.
