Itis a Malossi kit the Stoffi's garage in Austria are selling. Malossi are
claiming about 24hp but that sounds a bit optimistic.

Just found out a company in austria are selling a 209 cc kit for runner 125
and 180 4 strokes, got no specs as yet but i suspect it to be a mollosi kit cos
i know they are working on one, i've attached a pic of the bits. The kit works
out at about £215
