The Runner Owners Meet and Ride out, 2003, part 1?

Following on from the Ace Cafe meet there seems to be some interest
amoungst auto scooter riders in ride outs/ meets? I wonder if Runner
Owners (or any other scooter owner for that matter, traditioal or
auto, as long as you can do 55+mph)
would be interested in a meet and ride out, but not around a city, on
nice flowing roads and a little more central.

All details are preliminary and dependant on riders interests and
views etc, but my innitial suggestions are as folows.

Meet in or near Oxford around 10.30-11am on Saturday 26 th July.
Plan a ride out for a distance of 30-40 miles (about an hours riding)
to some where interesting via interesting "A" class roads. At said
interesting place, stop, eat at nice pub (now lunch time), drink coke
(Diet for me!) talk and try other scooters. After that possibly ride
back to Oxford or on to another destination for Tea+Miffin, more talk
etc. The evening is your then to head off home or do what ever.

Now its over to you, any interested parties post to the group. If
there are not enough of us that can make it perhaps we can tie up
with the Dragster, Speedfight or other Owners clubs?
