Hi All,
I've a Runner 125, been working fine fro a year and a half. This
morning I noticed that the Speedometer is only showing a speed range
between 15 and 30 mph, regardless of how fast or slow I'd going (even
stopped it sayd 15 mph). The odometer (right word?) is still clocking
up the miles, so it can't be a broken cable.

Anyone any ideas on what I can do? Do I need a Garage to
repair/replace the speedo, or is it a straight forward job?
