The Beatles Week street festival has been called off see link below. BUT the convention is still going ahead at the hotel and I assume the pubs and clubs will still have bands playing:
What a complete downer. Is it really that dangerous to hold especially with the number of venues used. Real shame. And cancelled just under 4 weeks of the event. What are the Council playing at? The reasons given ..... well an alternative could have been done but could anyone be bothered?! I for one am disappointed. I love going to this event.
