Seminal 80s rockers/Gary Numan trib Young Things Don't Scream have their first
gig in 20
years this coming Saturday.

The gig is darn sarf at The Vibe, 79 East Street, Epsom, Surry, KT17 1DT, a
venue owned
by Ade Orange (Numan's keyboard player). It's a fiver in with a flyer and there
are 4 bands
on including Dead Heaven.

YTDS 2007 features 3 original members, including myself on guitar and vocals, as
well as
Matty Thorpe who some of you will know from Sin City and Rockworld, on bass. The
band
is promising to eclipse the giddy heights of 87 and continue thru 2008 with
original
material in the Goth/Industrial/EBM vein.

The band is 100% LIVE, with no backing tracks whatsoever. So if you like your
Numan loud
and totally live try to get along. If you want to come along but are stumped for
transport
please let me know bt txt on 07736-847128, there are cars going down and
returning that
night. We may even sort a minibus if enuf wanna go.

It's a scary thing to be doing again after 20 years and would be great to see
some friendly
