Wasn't meant to start a debate Marc or cause you offence, and it
wasn't a dig at the Band either.
Silly? Not sure how. It was a genuine comment on someones
description of a Band as Rubbish (and by inference all tribute
bands), and their reference to bcSweet having original members.
It makes no difference to me. I'm not sure that in it's present
line-up any member of the band can claim to be formerly Brians band
(I'm sure you'll put me right on this), any more than the Drifters
can claim to be the original, we all know it's usually their
Agents/Promoters, and it's a bit like Triggers broom, you know, 20
years old 11 handles and 16 heads. Again so what?? If you can trade
on it fair play. As you say, you pay your money and make your
choice. Fair play to you all for making a living at it.
Oh and you will note that I did describe you all as a good band.
Anyway, I do apologise for upsetting you , I guess I didn't realise
you'd be so sensitive about it.....
By the way, the person I reponded to popped up, posted an insult and
then left the club.
