Hey Glasgow guys (and girls - sorry, I can't miss an opportunity to alliterate...),
I hope you're all doing well. A couple of things:
1. I gather that you don't meet monthly anymore but that you keep up the group-network via emailing like this - I was wondering if it'd be possible to come and visit you guys to chat about how this is working and how we could take SPEAK forward in the city/university? I'm planning a trip up to Scotland around April-time so I'd love to come and meet with you then. Can you let me know if a) you'd be willing to meet together with me and b) when you would/wouldn't be free. My email is ele@...
2. Check 2 - a one-day gathering specifically for 'young adult' networks (or not so young necessarily); people who are not in the university scene but want to connect with SPEAK and its campaigns where they are. I think this would be great for one of you to come along because you can contribute your ideas and experiences to help others in fulfilling their potential where they are.
This is an event for those wanting to explore artistic and creative action for spiritual and social change on more of a professional basis as part of working life. We will also be looking at ways in which young adults are experimenting in expressing their faith and sharing it.
