Hi guys,
I'm working the weekend of big dres so can't go along. I'm impressed
by the travel research though!
Hope you're all doing well.
I don't know of any particular films / events that folks might be
interested in, but perhaps we could have some sort of social to meet
up again - although I've kept up with Rae seems ages since seen
everyone else. Let me know if you'd be interested - be very welcome to
meet up at my flat for food if people wanted too.

you're doing and the latest on Glasgow SPEAK! I understand how it can
be difficult to get busy people with lots of extra responsibilities in
the same place at the same...(a bit trickier than students, I know!!)
> With that in mind, I've done a little bit of research for you with
regards to travel for the Big Dress event in Sheffield in May! It
should be an absolutely fantastic event that will be really inspiring
and encouraging - which could be really good for you and your group if
you haven't been able to be particularly active recently! It will help
give some ideas for what you can do as a group, and see how it all
fits with Speak as a whole, and just how much we can impact change and
injustice when we all coordinate our efforts together!! Exciting stuff...

the Megabus. You can get a megabus from Glasgow - Manchester for
£6.00!!!! Bargain!!!

Sheffield at 18.12)....and if you book that train as a single now (via
the trainline.com) you can get there for £4.00!!

at 17.00, which gets into Glasgow at 22.00 (at £13.50 per person), so
that's good for anyone who needs to be back in time for work on
Monday. There are various trains you can get to Manchester from
Sheffield, but there are still a few that are going for £4.00, e.g,
the one that leaves at 15.13 and gets into Sheffield at 16.13 - plenty
of time to then catch the megabus.

could do to fit with your schedule, but just wanted to encourage you
that it can be massively cheaper than you expect! Just go to
www.megabus.com and www.thetrainline.co.uk

can have a think about it! If you are thinking of coming though, it's
a good idea to book fairly soon - just to ensure you get the cheap
travel options, and it's also really helpful for us to know how many
people are coming so we know how sleeping venues we need and how many
to cater for etc...

Dress...if that helps! You can book here:
