Hello,

This Friday and Saturday coming, my two older brothers and I are going to be riding from Edinburgh to York (just over 200 miles) in 24hrs, in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. 

I hail from that part of the country (that would explain the accent!) and we chose this charity as it's one that many people don't realise is actually a charity relying on donations to keep going and it's one that is making a real difference in saving lives by being able to respond to incidents and get casualties to hospital rapidly (http://www.yorkshireairambulance.org.uk/)

So, I'm emailing to see if anyone would like to sponsor me and support the Air Ambulance in this endevour.  If you can, I just need your name and amount (and address if qualifying for Gift Aid).   Also your name will go into a prize draw (to win some fabulous mystery prizes!),  which will be drawn this Sunday at a charity barbie my folks are putting on back home near York.
