Given that the current Hub set-up is being replaced with a brand new
cafe/shop/trailhead in the next year or two (I'm a bit hazy on the timescales),
maybe it would be worth waiting until the new site is up and running before
putting such a trail in?

Mind you, as it's a small amount of work maybe it's not too much of a problem if
it'll only last a couple of years at most! Sadly though I doubt there's much we
could do to discourage some adult riders from playing on anything we build...

I think it's an excellent idea. With a bit of planning, a track could be put down in a session with some testing and fun bits added in. It would be good...
