Hi Everybody!!

I am Vinod Pandita from delhi. One of our relative who lives in
Jammu Migrant Camp is badly suffering with Cancer. He is a kashmiri
migrant displaced from Village Devsar, Teh Kulgam, Distt Anantnag.
His father had a small land holding which he used to cultivate and
thereby run the domestic affairs of the family. His father has a
family of three daughters and a son. As the kasmiri tradition has
it, his father toiled to see him educated & employed at a good
place. To realise his dream he made every effort to school him upto
graduation level. But then his limited resources & increasing
liability of his father (by way of three daughters getting of
marriageable age) came in the way of his education & he had to
abandon his studies. His luch also did not help him to find job
which resulted into his getting engaged into a small vocation which
could help boost the morale of anxiety & worry. With this resource,
he married his three sisters & got himself married renedering his
completely exhausted. In the year 2003 his father survived a heart
attack & doctors attending him advised an implant of a pacemaker. It
was like a bolt from the blue for him. With the blessings of God he
managed this huge sum by taking loans from his relatives besides
fromhis master on whose shop he was working as a sales assistant. As
goes the saying "Misfortunes never come alone". He got ill in the
month of january 2004 with swelling in whole body & kocks problem.
He is ill for the last 14 months and thus the only feeding line to
his family has come to a halt thereby threatening the very being of
whole of family. He remained admitted in Govt. Medical College,
Bakshi Ngr, Jammu where doctors advised him to move to Delhi?
Chandigarh for further investigation. This stand of the doctors of
Medical College has been upheld by Dr.K.L.Choudhary also. Now he is
passing miserably his last days of his life. He has a girl child who
studies in class 7th.

In the light of the circumstances explained above, He is not in a
position to move out for further line of treatment as suggested by
the doctors. I, Therefor pray to your goodself that in these days of
crisis your help is a ray of hope for him & his family of five
souls.

Thanking you all,

Vinod Pandita
