Dear all, I got the following news from my friends in US:

*Juni 2006*
Am 22. Juni 2006 schlüpften die ersten zwei in Freiheit erbrüteten
Schreikranich-Jungen von Schreikranichen, die im Jahre 2002 mittels
Ultraleichtflugzeug (und mit Hilfe meiner künstlichen akustischen
Kommunikation) ausgewildert wurden. Dies ist sogar eher, als es erwartet
wurde (die Eltern sind erst 4 Jahre alt). Dies ist ein sensationeller
Durchbruch in diesem Auswilderungsprojekt. Eine offizielle
Pressemitteilung der WCEP wird folgen.

June 2006*
On June 22nd, 2006, the first two wild Whooping Crane chicks in the
Eastern Migratory population hatched. The parents had been led by
ultralight airplanes (and with my artificial acoustic communication)
from Wisconsin to Florida in 2002 (second "class"). This hatch event
happened even earlier than expected as the parents are only 4 years old.
It is a sensational breakthrough in this unique release project. An
official press release by WCEP will follow.
