OK. As you know Estonia has now a new countricode WBuW (left tibia).
During last summer 2007 we have banded 24 cranes and dagged 5
radiotransmitters (149.503; 149.551; 149.602; 149.524 and 149.574 MHz).

PS! Last week (17 and 18 Sept) we had a census of cranes in Estonia and the
preliminary results are:

Haapsalu Bay 2950 cranes
Matsalu Bay 7640
Hiiumaa Island 2400
Meelva Bog 600

Important information of the colourrings.

We have a new finnish countrycode YYBu. The blue colour is difficult to
observe.

The colours blue and green on the Al-metalrings are also very difficult
(countrycode YWY and YBuY). Green is very faded (gebleicht), but blue is
more clear.

We have now here the crane YWY / RWG, 10 years. It is very difficult to
see: green or blue.

I ask you friendly to be very carefull with these colourrings
