A flyer is attached for this coming Tuesday's book launch at Hornbeam Environmental Centre of a book detailing the anti-road protests of the 1990s, including the No M11 Link Road campaign (which was linked to the Oxleas Wood and Twyford Down anti-road protests).
The launch is from 7.30pm at Hornbeam Environmental Centre, near the Bakers Arms crossroads, Leyton Green, and will include a film showing.

Please distribute this as widely as possible! I am particularly keen to inform people in Wanstead (WAM) and Hackney (HAM11) who were also involved in the No M11 Link Road campaign, but do not have any email addresses - please do your best!

Also, if anyone knows how to contact Huw Morgan-Thomas, the then Leader of WF Council who was active in the WF Transport Users' Forum and led the Borough's legal fight against the M11 Link Road through Leytonstone, I would be very grateful if you could pass it on to him (last heard of working for Brent).
