Dalston Junction Interchange public exhibition
As you will already know, The East London Line is coming to Dalston
Junction by 2010. Transport for London and the London Development
Agency proposing a transport led regeneration scheme above the station,
which will revitalise an area that has been derelict for decades.
The proposals include:
* 309 new homes
* A high quality, landscaped public space, greening the area with trees
and eco-friendly roofing
* A shopping parade, providing new shops
* A new transport interchange with tubes and buses
We are continuing to arrange meetings with local groups and are holding a
public exhibition at:
The Trinity Centre, Beechwood Road
* Thursday 24th November : 12pm to 7pm
* Friday 25th November : 11am to 3.30pm
* Saturday 26th November : 11am to 3pm
Team members will be at the Trinity Centre to respond to queries.
This is a chance to find out more about and comment on the proposals to
create a landmark regeneration scheme with a transport hub, new homes,
shops and public space.
We would welcome you, and your members' or friends' presence at the
exhibition.
