General Public Meetings Held at Jubilee Hall (St Richards) at 7.30pm

All are first Tuesday in the month.
Attendance of last 3 general meetings have been poorly attended so every one
must be happy with what is happening.
If not, please note the date and come along to the next meeting.

This is a standard agenda and all meetings will follow this format and then people will get used to it.
We will also limit the meeting to a specific time I.e. 1hour 30 minutes.
giving a meeting a time limit gives people the knowledge that the meeting will fit in to their busy time schedule but also make sure that the meeting does not go off at tangents ...
We will also ask people to notify the Secertary & (vice) or Chairman of any other business so that they can decide if it is urgent or can wait until the next meeting.
I think this is a must from now on in let's run with it.
Suck it and see.
This also can be used for General meetings.
as the next meeting is only a fee weeks away.
I have contacted Alan L he is AOK or as well as can be expected for some one as old as me.
he was at a funeral of his Uncle Alan ( Who by the way he was name after).
