Please note at todays ARA meeting it was deiced that the AGM would be on the 5th August 2008 jubilee Hall 7.30pm as the Rules state it would be held within 12 to 15 months.

As the rules was signed on the 5th June 2007.

So we have a committee meeting on the 28th July 2008 hesketh manor.

 

 

 

I would ask all committee members to attend and please state to secretary or vice secretary if you intent to hold office or committee position for another year.

All so if anyone wishes to apply to be on committee this should be done 28 days before AGM in writing to the above. By E-Mail is now considered to be in writing.
