Monday 29th September 2008, Committee Meetings held every month, at Hesketh Manor at 2pm

I am unable to change this date of next committee meeting due to other committments.

Jean can you explain to Mrs C Hall, but we will discus at the committee meeting to see if we can change to suit all as we need all committtee to attend,

prior to AGM.

All are first Tuesday in the month.

Attendance of last general meetings have been poorly attended so every one

Must be happy with what is happening.

If not, please note the date and come along to the next meeting.
