hallo David
that's a interesting little 0-6-0 you have ... with the familiar lines of a
bullied behind ... my bullied is slightly stretched to make room for the
leading and trailing brake shoes not a lot of room between those wheels with
that style of hanging bracket in 2. 1/2 gauge ... i don't have drawings as
such just a couple of articles which john . b. sent through for me.. peter
Lewis . Keith Wilson's ( main article ) and peter j winding fed into the
computer and enlarged with the dynamic enlarger up to 2.5 scale basically
everything is cut and fit on the frames and built up that way , and using
original full size measurements the rear pony truck has been put together with
the mig welder no casting have been used the center cylinder block is
prefabricated the frames are 1/8 steel cut out with an 4 inch angle grinder
using 1mm metal cutting blades.. i have purposely gone for 1/8 steel for weight
and better traction plus i managed to get a third of a sheet for 6 dollars most
of the screws used are temporally fixings ... the build was going fairly good
until my x 3 mill motor went pop so that had to be re-motored with a 1.5 hp dc
tread mill motor thanks for the comments on the pictures David

Great pictures Charles, I reckon Gerald would be very interested to see
these.
Are the drawings the Lyme Regis ones?

spam cans look nice they just don't seem to have the character for me that is
... naturally i am interested in both well my research covers both in the region
of 300 images of both engines and the alterations and prefabrication from the
original engines design also the wheels are quite easy to fabricate just a
little work and a bit of thought

that i am approaching it
