It was described by lbsc in the model engineer.(model 'sentinel" railcar
L.B.S.C,1935,VOL 72,MARCH 7,APRIL 11 AND 18,MAY 23 AND 30,1935,VOL 73,SEPT
26,OCT,3 AND 10,NOV 21,1936 VOL 74 JAN,30,MAY,7 AND 14.
