Would it be broadly correct in saying that the gauge 3 society deals with
2.5" gauge builders who intend their charges to run on senic tracks, but
the 2.5" gauge association deals with loco's of a more passenger hauling
nature?

Is that the distinction?

Yours,

Rich.
