The LMS tank did appear in EM, it is one of LBSC's quickie locos,
similar to Cleopatra and Miss Hasty, two parts and thats your lot!
Im certain that is why there are so few if any that were built or
finished. The saddle tank 1695 is yet another that was not finished,
but we will excuse that one as I understand the 'copy' was lost due
an a air raid.
The 3.5" PV Baker was another build a loco in two or three articles.

Peter Shaw or Gerald may have cleaned up copies of the write up, or
Gerald may do one for association funds.
