Thanks for your reply - I half-expected to hear from you, having
previously scoured the forum!

Am currently reviewing the locomotive to see what actually needs to be
done. This is very much a father-son effort, my grandfather having
started the build many years ago. Not sure why it was never completed.

It's encouraging to note that the meths might not be a problem
although we cannot recall if the boiler has been pressure tested. I
live reasonably close to a Society with a 2.5" track, so hopefully,
one day soon...

Will be posting again soon once it's clear what te requirements are.
