Hi Rich,
Presumably that will be the idea as reprints of the original articles
are available from the Association.
There is a page on the Association website about the Ayesha project
but it seems to have become 'orphaned', at least I can't find a link
to it from any other page. The address is
http://www.users.waitrose.com/~n25ga/ayeshaproj.htm
Apparently the original Ayesha built by LBSC is different to the
Ayesha described in the ME articles, for example the original only had
frames 1/16" thick.Presumably LBSC 'beefed' up the design for the ME
version.
The frames etc. for the new Ayesha will be water jet cut, not laser as
I said before. There were a few sets for sale at the Rugby 'do' in May
so it shouldn't be long before everything is available. I shall
certainly be building one I think. I took a few photos of the
prototype running at Rugby and the second chassis(in the Rugby folder
in the photo section).
