Hi folks have just joined this group. Have just acquired a GNR
Atlantic built in 1926 by W J F Keniston and would appear to have been
coal fired, this is not a 'Ayesha' but is contemporary for date. Does
anyone know about a design from another source at this date which might
have been coal fired. I have acatalogue for the Model Engineering
Exhibition of 1926 showing the model listed and a certificate for the
model received at this showand signed by Percival Marshall.
Mr.Keniston latter built another model in 3.5" gauge to the 'Maisie'
design by LBSC and this was tested on the Harrow and Wembley clubs
dynamometer car in 1963 for which I have the results.
