Hi Robin,
Henry Greenly produced a design for a 2.5" gauge GNR Atlantic No. 1419
but I don't know the date when it was published or any details of the
loco. It may well have been in the early 1920's. It is possible the
loco is a one off and not to any published design.
Looking in my index for Model Engineer, there is a letter from a W.J.
Keniston which was published in Volume 58 issue No. 1408 (1928) but my
collection does not yet go back that far so I don't know the subject
matter.
