Hi Tim,

If you need any info from the other designs that you mention, I have
an almost complete set of Model Engineers back to when LBSC first
started writing. You may struggle with the driving wheel castings as
they have the not too common 22 spokes.You may be lucky and find
someone who has a set stashed away! Keep a look out on Ebay. If you
are not too bothered about making an accurate version you could use
wheels from some of the other designs. Black Five castings can be
turned to 3-5/16" dia. if carefully set up and I think Eagle has
3-3/8" dia. drivers. You should be able to adapt other cylinder
castings or failing that, fabricate them as I will be doing for Helen
Long. Good luck anyway.

Dear John, Thanks for the reply. I rather thought that the 22 spoke wheels would be a bit of a problem since they were only used on the Star, Castle, Saints...
