The issue of copyright has always been a sticky issue. I don't think
there is a problem copying something for your own personal use but
putting something on a website for all to see and download would
definitely be very iffy. The Association has permission to reproduce
any of LBSC's material in connection with 2½" stuff and there is a
project in hand to publish the Shop, Shed, and Road articles in book form.
I am not sure if there is any difference between you borrowing
articles etc from a library say and copying them for your own use or
someone else doing it on your behalf. I often scan articles from ME
etc for other people for their own use only and would not dream of
selling or publishing said articles. I have noticed though that copies
of plans and construction articles often appear for sale on Ebay which
must be breaking copyright.
