The book is very useful - though is quite big (something like 350 pages)
so scanning it is likely out of the question.
Copies do come up on ebay quite frequently though (here in the UK) -
sometimes reaching silly prices, but if you can bide your time you should
be able to get a copy for circa 15 pounds.
For example, go to www.ebay.co.uk and search for item
330307241999
...there is a copy there for sale current at 21 pounds, which is not too
bad.
A search on www.amazon.co.uk for
lbsc tich
...also yields a hit, a copy there is for sale at 58 pounds - this is
over-priced, really don't pay anything like that much for it.
Note I would be wanting to search on UK sites for it, as this is where
most copies were sold.
A further option is you could place a wanted add on a UK site such as...
http://www.homeworkshop.org.uk/
